Role
We are hiring a VP Supply Chain to build and lead the supply chain that turns Allied’s products from engineering intent into deployed capability. This role sits at the heart of our procurement and production platform: finding, qualifying, and developing the suppliers that allow critical defence technology to be delivered quickly, reliably, and at scale.
You will own Allied’s supply chain strategy end-to-end. You will build the supplier base, negotiate and manage strategic relationships, create the operating cadence for procurement and supplier performance, and make sure our sourcing decisions support engineering, manufacturing, quality, cost, and programme outcomes.
You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, commercial, and leadership teams to turn ambiguous product and programme needs into robust supply plans. You will help define the systems, controls, and data standards that give Allied traceability across supplier selection, purchase orders, delivery performance, configuration, quality, and risk.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built resilient supply chains in complex hardware environments before and wants to do it again in a high-growth defence technology company. You should be comfortable operating strategically while staying close enough to the details to unblock execution.
