Role
We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to define and scale how our products are built. This role sits at the core of our operating model — translating engineering intent into robust, production-ready manufacturing systems with full configuration control and traceability.
You will own the manufacturing domain end-to-end: MBOM definition, process design, tooling approach, and production readiness through to stable rate production. You will work closely with engineering, suppliers, and production to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and robust in practice.
You will be responsible for configuration integrity across the product lifecycle, ensuring EBOM–MBOM alignment and managing change control across PLM, ERP, and MES. You will define and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tools, and best practices as we scale.
A core part of the role is building the digital backbone of manufacturing at Allied. You will define data standards, enable traceability, and support integration across systems to create a true digital thread. As part of this, you will help define and build AI and agentic tools embedded within these systems — driving automation, decision-making, and engineering velocity.
You will operate with a high degree of ownership, taking responsibility for manufacturing system outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built and scaled production systems before and wants to do it again in a high-growth environment.
